One-on-one personal attention from our devoted faculty allows training to match student interest, culminating in a final workshop performance for four-week students. Class placement is based on student proficiency, experience, and maturity.
CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA
Recently voted the #1 tourist destination in the USA, Charleston has been the home of South Carolina's world class dance company since 1987. The cultural and historic city is filled with unique shops, famous restaurants, galleries, and a vibrant outdoor market where artisans display and sell their art. Charleston Ballet Theatre's new state-of-the- art studios are just minutes away toward the gorgeous beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. Weekends are filled with organized and chaperoned activities that allow the dancers to experience the charm of Charleston. CBT offers supervised housing which includes daily transportation to the studios and weekend excursions. Nutritious meals are provided Monday-Friday and the students dine out with their chaperones Saturday and Sunday. Students who are 18 years or older, may arrange for their own housing in the area and will be responsible for all housing fees, meals and transportation to and from Charleston Ballet Theatre
