INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Charleston Ballet Theatre Internship Program
The Charleston Ballet Theatre provides internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students interested in arts administration & production. Our unpaid internships are offered throughout the calendar year and allow students an invaluable experience in the fields of professional arts.

Production Intern
Interns work closely with production staff developing professional skills and resume credits during a flexible workweek (20-25 hours.) Candidates must have previous production skills (building & construction), organization skills, and the ability to work independently. Duties will include assisting stage manager, assisting electrician and learning the details of ballet production.

Education & Outreach Intern
To provide support to the Discover Dance Program, Charleston Ballet Theatre's community initiative to improve academic and literacy skills through dance to at-risk elementary and junior high school students.

Administrative Intern
To provide administrative support to the Office Administrator and Administrative Director in the following areas: finance and data services, development, marketing, box office and public relations.
